Mirage Automatisering BV and Profs4U announce strategic Partnership.

We at Profs4U are extremely proud to announce that Mirage Automatisering BV based in Amsterdam who specialize in the System Technical Area of ICT have formed a strategic alliance with our company.

Mirage has been active in the Netherlands ICT market since 1996 and has built up a wealth of expertise of the years concentrating mainly on the system management arena on all platforms and operating systems.

Both Mirage and Profs4U will continue as separate entities but by forming this alliance it will allow both companies to add extra added value to their clients and enhance their capabilities when resourcing consultants.

As from October 2012 all requirements from Mirage will be hosted on the Profs4U website and consultants looking for new projects will be able view all.

What else has been happening at Profs4U.?

As we mentioned earlier we are in the process of launching our Video site Profs4Utube. This will enable our clients to view candidate’s videos, and we believe that this will enhance the chances of finding a new assignment. This revolutionary concept will allow potential clients to actually look at your CV and give them a much clearer understanding of your potential. The video’s are professionally made and last between 60 to 90 seconds. Although these videos will be hosted via our portal Internet site only those clients with access to our portal facility will be able to view the videos. Hopefully we will be also able to hold video interviews in the next few months. We have had many discussions with regard to moving in this direction and we fully understand that this is not everybody’s cup of tea, but the market is changing. If you are constantly travelling backwards and forwards to interviews and then being told that you have not got the job, coupled with the current increase in petrol and public transport and flight costs, then you could be paying out a small fortune. We sincerely believe that by going down this route it will not only help our consultants but will also benefit our clients. Time is of an essence and many interviews are postponed due to many clients’ time restrictions. By going down this route potential clients will be able to view your video wherever they are, and with more and more companies working across borders and with many data centres dotted across the globe it would not matter if the hiring manager was based in Amsterdam and his boss was based in Tokyo, they would both be able to see the consultants potential. Of course we understand that ultimately you will have to have a face to face interview, but when that time comes, you can be even more certain that the client would want to take you on.

We have been going on about the English version of our portal since we started in June this year. We are now in the final stages of moving this into production. We have been working on a beta version for some time and are now busy with the final translations and we must say it looks good. This will enable both clients and candidates to switch effortlessly between languages. The only thing you have to do is click your language of choice.

As we expand throughout Europe we will be adding different languages as we go along.

Our Client base is still expanding and more and more organizations are showing interest in Profs4U. We are currently in discussions with an extremely large multi-national organization and hope to conclude business by the end of October.

We are also gearing up for the change in the labour law in the Netherlands with respect to the new legislation that is going to be introduced in 2013 for the ZZP community. (Sole Traders) This new piece of legislation will replace the current VAR and the new Law is to going into operation as from the 1st January 2014. Profs4U Progress Report

We are now into our first official month of trading and we must admit, that the first month has been better than we expected. We have currently 7 consultants working for us and have been made preferred supplier with 3 large corporate organizations. We are also seeing a growth in the number of consultants who are joining, and our website and portal have noted a significant rise in the number of vists. We realise that not everybody will sign in on their first visit, and that we need to see more jobs posted on the portal, but a new concept takes time and we are doing our upmost to gain more momentum. The interest in Profs4U is growing and although it is now the height of the holiday season we have a considerable number of appointments.

The Mobile APP is Available

The mobile App for Apple IOS5 is now ready but only currently available in the Dutch language. The English version will be available in a few weeks togther with the English version of the Portal. For those who would like to download the App you should go to the Dutch Apple Store and download the App (FLEX2GO). Profs4U officially launched

Profs4U is pleased to announce that as from Friday the 1st of June our new website and Portal is officially launched. We are also pleased to announce that we have started trading in the Netherlands and our first client is on board. We have also released a press release into the Dutch Market. This is going to be a great adventure and we are currently extremely excited about the impact this will have on the ICT resourcing market.
